BackcoverHVACEvery home, business and venue in America requires the ability to be warm or cool. And everyone has a reliance on refrigeration to keep food/beverages from becoming perishable. The HVAC program provides extensive hands-on training in the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems. The program is fully accredited by HVAC Excellence and is the only such program in the state of Iowa. Graphic Design Technology

The Graphic Arts Technology program has a proven track record in providing students with advanced, real-world skills that can be applied in a wide variety of graphic arts.  Design, photography, 3D modeling and animation – all of them are included in the program.  Students entering their fourth semester also register for a cooperative work experience for college credit. Veterinary Technician

BackCoverVetNew technologies in anesthesia, laboratory equipment, diagnostic testing, and medical treatment have vastly improved animal care. To prepare for these responsibilities, the vet tech program at MCC is designed to meet the AAS degree requirements for individuals who wish to enter the job market with the skills to perform a variety of functions. Courses are taught by experienced veterinary technicians and veterinarians who are keenly aware of the expectations of future employees.  The program is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association’s Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities.
